OUR ORDER POLICY IS…
Payment in Full at the time order is placed, including shipping & WA or WI sales tax (if applicable). If we do not have the paddle you want to order in stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for us to handcraft your paddle and ship it to you. We do not charge extra for custom sizes or paddles made without shoulders.
CANCELLATION POLICY—when purchased directly from NorthPoint Paddles:
For paddles that are not in stock at the time of order and need to be made (whether standard size, custom size, or special order), the following cancellation policy will apply:
We will wait 3 days from order date before starting to handcraft your paddle. (Exception: if payment is by check, we will wait longer than 3 days, if necessary, until check clears.) If you cancel your order during the waiting period, we will refund 100%.
If you cancel your order after the waiting period, the following will apply:
- For Standard Size paddles: 40% is non-refundable.
- For Custom Size or Special Order paddles (see definitions on ‘Important to Note’ page): NO REFUND will be issued.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT… (OUR DISCLAIMERS)
Our paddles are handcrafted and no two paddles are exactly the same. We make every effort to be as precise as possible, but there will invariably be slight variations to the dimensions of the finished product.
If you have chosen specific wood colorations, we will do our best to match the colors you have chosen, but due to the natural variations in the grain and color of wood, we cannot guarantee an exact match.
We make every effort to buy quality lightweight wood, but the weight of wood can vary from paddle to paddle—it is just the natural property of wood (just like the color and grain of wood can vary from piece to piece). Our kayak paddles usually weigh anywhere from 29 ozs to 32 ozs on average, but there are always exceptions.

If you wish to pay for your order with a credit or debit card, we will accept your card information over the phone.
If you pay by check, we will wait to start handcrafting your paddle until check clears (a minimum of 3 days).
